Founded in 1983 by Mark Horne, LJT Management is celebrating its 30th year training and consulting for the oil industry. LJT Management specializes in custom training design, development and implementation for all aspects of C-store, fuel, QSR, service bay and car wash operations in the United States and countries worldwide. LJT Management is a full service training and consulting company, our offices are located in San Diego, CA with a team of expert instructors/consultants located throughout the United States. LJT Management capabilities range from consulting services to individual locations to projects servicing 19,000 branded locations. We offer training programs for all levels of employees in our industry, senior executives to front line site level employees. LJT Management’s Project Coordinating Team is experienced in training program management which includes, developing web based training calendars, registration portals, in addition, custom reporting capabilities for clients; such as attendance by area, store, and manager. Evaluations are electronically filed for each training session for clients to review the course feedback for each of their sites. LJT Management’s Office Team produces all training manuals and handouts in house, shipping and tracking materials to training sites. LJT Management offers to procure all meeting rooms as an additional service to its clients at no additional charge.
