Dealer and Manager Development

LJT Management Services and NACS are pleased to announce the new NACS/LJT Management School of Dealer and Manager Development.

Our purpose is:

  • to give Wholesalers/Jobbers a training center for their new and/or existing dealers and their new and/or existing managers.
  • to give dealers and managers new to the convenience store industry a complete school of fundamentals to operate in today’s environment.
  • to provide existing dealers and managers an opportunity for further education in the convenience store business.

The ultimate goals of NACS/LJT Management School of Dealer and Manager Development are to:

  • Educate new or existing dealers and managers of convenience stores about aspects of utilizing and implementing “Best Practices” in daily, monthly and yearly operations of their retail site.
  • Educate managers on the opportunities for growing their convenience store business.
  • Educate managers in the art of managing their employees.

Dealer School

The Dealer School is a 4 ½ day curriculum is jam packed with new as well as proven systems to enhance the dealer's knowledge of this industry as well as prepare them for the everyday operational challenges that C-Store Owners face in the 21st Century.

Manager Development School

The Manager Development School is 3 full days of skills and systems development involving day-to-day operations and management of the C-Store in the 21st Century. Register Now!
